These terms govern your use of discoverydreams.com. By continuing to use the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms. They should be read with our Privacy Policy and do not replace the proposal, invoice, cancellation terms or other written conditions issued for a confirmed journey.
1. Website information
Content is provided for inspiration and general planning guidance. Suggested routes, hotels, experiences, journey times, seasons and other descriptions are illustrative rather than a confirmed offer. We take reasonable care with the information but destinations, regulations, opening times and local conditions can change. Please ask us to verify anything important to your decision.
2. Personalised proposals and availability
Every journey is prepared to an individual brief. Accommodation, transport, guides, flights, permits, safaris and special experiences remain subject to availability until PCTI confirms them in writing. An itinerary discussed by telephone, message or email is not reserved merely because it appears in a draft proposal.
3. Booking and contract formation
A booking is formed only when PCTI accepts it in writing and receives the payment required by the final proposal or invoice. That document identifies the travellers, services, inclusions, exclusions, price, payment schedule and booking-specific conditions. If website wording differs from a confirmed booking document, the confirmed document applies to that journey.
4. Prices and payments
Website content does not constitute a fixed price. A personalised quotation states its currency, validity period and payment schedule. Before confirmation, prices may change because of availability, supplier rates, taxes, permits, exchange movements or a change to the requested arrangements. Payments must be made only through the method stated on a genuine PCTI invoice or our Pay Online page. Your bank or payment provider may impose its own charges or conversion rate.
5. Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate names and relevant information, checking passports, visas, permits, insurance and health requirements, and arriving on time for confirmed services. Tell us before confirmation about mobility, dietary, medical or other needs that may affect an arrangement. PCTI can assist with practical planning but does not provide medical, legal or immigration advice.
6. Suppliers and travel conditions
PCTI arranges services delivered by hotels, transport companies, airlines, rail and safari operators, guides and other independent suppliers. Their operating, safety, baggage, admission and cancellation conditions may also apply. Weather, traffic, wildlife, local events and other real-world conditions vary; particular views, journey times, encounters or wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.
7. Changes, cancellations and circumstances beyond control
Amendments and cancellations are governed by the confirmed booking terms and relevant supplier conditions. Events outside reasonable control—including severe weather, natural events, government action, public-health measures, strikes, closures and transport disruption—may require an alternative, postponement or cancellation. 8. Images, reviews and intellectual property
Images represent destinations and travel styles; they do not promise an identical view, room, vehicle, season or experience. Reviews reflect the contributor’s experience and opinion. Unless otherwise indicated, the website’s design, copy, branding and original material belong to PCTI or are used with permission. They may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without written consent.
9. Acceptable use and external services
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with availability, submit false enquiries or use content unlawfully. Links to payment, review, social-media, messaging and other external services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms, availability, security and privacy practices.
10. Responsibility, applicable law and changes
To the extent permitted by law, PCTI is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website content instead of a confirmed written arrangement, or by an external website outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Unless booking-specific terms state otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts having competent jurisdiction.
We may update these website terms when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version; changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively replace the written terms of an already confirmed booking.
