We take the opinions and suggestions of all our clients very seriously. At the end of each trip we ask them to complete an evaluation sheet so that we may continue to improve the quality of our services.

***Dear Shakul, Thank you so much for helping me with the tour for Beatriz and her husband Arnoldo. I appreciate it so much because they got really happy on how fast you answered me (the trip was planned in a hurry!) with the options you sent them, so they didnt doubt on writing back to you. Its great you both got in contact to arrange things and finish all details... About my trip in India together with my delegates in January was great. I was very nervous at the beginning for going with four 11 year old kids in a place so far away from my home. (I have done that before, but not in a country so far away and different as mine). I was very glad when I arrived and received by your company representative and than you contact me by your mobile to ask me if everything was all right. It gave me a lot of confidence with your people and service. Basically everything was perfect, always on time and with the best intentions to have us happy and to enjoying our trip. The tourist guide had a lot of patience with us (they were 12 kids!) and happy to explain us everything about the places we visited. The service was great, and if In the future I have the opportunity to go back to India, I would contact you again and for sure to use your service. If I know anyone else who will go to India Ill send them with you as well, as I did with Beatriz. Take care!

Shiv is an excellent driver!! We liked him a lot! No doubt a very comfortable car. Trident in Jaipur: Excellent! Qutab Hotel in Delhi: Good & Agra Ashok in Agra is also good.

***After using the services a US Tour Operator recommended PCTI in one of the Travel Agents Digest of USA, following is the copy of recommendation:

Dear Digesters,

I would like to share with a wonderful experience I had while booking a tour to India. It was a short notice, I could not find any tour operator here who would have a decent price or would do it at time we needed. General Tours never answered any of my 4-telephone/email messages, Don suggested Pacific Classic Tours (India), (Website: www.discoverydreams.com) and some other company originating in India, with the note that he has never used them. Having no choice at that point, I contacted Mr. Shakul Garg with the request. Next day I had everything emailed with detailed itinerary, price, etc (NET PRICES). They have set itineraries, but also they custom whatever is needed. We had to do quite few changes due to clients requests and they were addressed immediately. I was impressed a lot, but when my client returned, raving about the trip and personal service he received, I was so happy for the choice. Because not only my travel agent experience was wonderful (easy, fast, reliable, detailed) but I have very happy client. Some unbelievable touches were: client was called every night with questions how was his day and if he had any suggestions for the next day besides itinerary, at one point client requested change of the guide and it was granted, while traveling he had additional requests which were always answered, I was notified about well being of the client (via MSN messenger). The client said he has never received so personal service UNBELIVABLE. I wish I had more clients to India and more tour operator like Mr. Shakul Garg. My travel agents life would be much easier.

***Hello Shakul, I felt I must write and tell you that it was the finest holiday we had and all the group members were very happy, i thank your company for such a wonderful experience. ***Dear Mr. Shakul, Thank you very much for organizing our tour through Rajasthan. Our tour led us - a family with three children (3, 7, 9 years old) - from Delhi, Agra to Jaipur, Rantambhore and from there to Udaipur by car. Our driver was not only driving us carefully through the well known Indian traffic from place to place in a comfortable new car but also felt himself responsible for our health, protection, food and personal needs. All hotels were well selected, clean and comfortable and provided a friendly service despite the fact that we asked for organizing the tour only few weeks in advance during the main season. All the tour guides had an excellent knowledge and were very caring and friendly. All the details of our tour have been cared off by Pacific Classic Tours so that this fact let us simply enjoy visiting Rajasthan with so many beautiful places, palaces, mosques, tombs and forts and kind and curious people.
